How is this different from the Vielight Vagus?
The Neuro Duo directs near-infrared light to the brain — transcranially and intranasally, pulsed at 40Hz. The Vagus directs it to the vagus nerve at the neck, targeting the parasympathetic nervous system. Different targets, same underlying mechanism.

What does 40Hz mean?
40Hz is a gamma-band frequency — one of the brain's natural electrical rhythms, observed during focused cognitive activity. The Neuro Duo pulses its light at this frequency rather than delivering it as a continuous beam.
