Cancellation policy
PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
This policy applies to rental orders placed with Luxe Science Lab that are processed as a purchase option (including deferred or scheduled charges). It works together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Payment. The full rental fee for each device is charged at the time of booking. Where any portion of payment is deferred or scheduled, you authorize Luxe Science Lab to charge your payment method on file at the price, frequency, and dates shown at checkout until the rental obligation is fulfilled or you cancel as permitted below.
Canceling before shipment. You may cancel your rental order for a full refund any time before the device has shipped. To cancel, email hello@luxesciencelab.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Canceling after shipment. Once a device has shipped, the rental cannot be canceled and no refunds are issued, as stated in our Refund Policy. Your rental term and return obligations continue to apply.
Extensions. Rental extensions are optional, requested by you before the rental return date, and charged separately at the same rate. Declining or not requesting an extension is not a cancellation and does not affect your original rental.
Ending a rental. A rental ends when the device is returned in accordance with our Rental Terms (Section 26 of our Terms of Service), including the return-shipping and grace-period requirements. Late fees and replacement charges may apply if the device is returned late or not at all.
How to cancel. All cancellation requests must be sent to hello@luxesciencelab.com. We will confirm cancellation by reply email.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
