The Luxe Clean Standard is not a marketing statement — it is a non-negotiable process applied to every device, every time, without exception. We developed this standard with one principle in mind: the experience of receiving a Luxe Science Lab device should feel as elevated and immaculate as the technology inside it.
From the moment a device is returned to the moment it arrives at your door, it passes through a controlled, documented, and verified protocol. You should never have to wonder. You should only have to experience.
A Four-Stage
Cleaning Process
Upon return, each device immediately enters our controlled sanitation process using EPA-registered, medical-grade disinfectants — the same classification used in professional clinical environments. Every surface. Every contact point. Every time.
Upon receipt, every returned device is logged, photographed, and isolated for processing. A unique cleaning record is opened and tied to the device's serial number. No device bypasses this stage — no exceptions.
All treatment surfaces, contact heads, probes, and body panels are treated with an EPA-registered medical-grade disinfectant. Full-contact saturation is applied with the manufacturer-required dwell time strictly observed. Not rushed. Not abbreviated. Done precisely.
Every included accessory — charging cables, carrying cases, gel applicators, protective covers, and instructional materials — is individually inspected and sanitized or replaced as needed. No component is overlooked.
Each device receives a final precision wipe-down and is allowed to fully air-dry in a controlled environment before inspection begins. Devices are never repacked damp or under time pressure.

Sanitation is our foundation — inspection is our finish line. Every device must pass a comprehensive three-point inspection before it is cleared to ship. Devices that do not meet our standard are flagged, repaired, or retired. Never forwarded.

Every device in our rental fleet is assigned a defined lifecycle threshold. When a device reaches the end of its active rental cycle, it is evaluated for our Luxe Lab Certified pre-owned program — not simply retired or resold without transparency.
Luxe Lab Certified devices are retired rental units that have passed the same rigorous three-point inspection, carry a full documented service history, and are offered at a meaningful reduction from retail. Each arrives with a certification card, sanitation record, and a 90-day assurance guarantee. Luxury, responsibly extended.
