Shipping Policy

Luxe Science Lab ships rental devices using tracked shipping services.

Order Processing Time: 

Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after payment is received.

Shipping Time:

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier service. Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Rental Start Date:

The six (6) week rental period begins on the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.

Shipping Delays: 

Luxe Science Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Return Shipping: 

Return instructions and packaging materials are included with each rental. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the device and shipping the return within the rental period plus the three (3) day grace period.

Return Label Delivery:

A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to customers approximately seven (7) days prior to the end of the rental period.

Customers are responsible for printing the return label and securely attaching it to the return package. If a return label is not received, customers must contact Luxe Science Lab prior to the end of the rental period.

Returns must be shipped using the provided prepaid label.

Shipping Timing Consideration: 

Returns are considered on time if the return package is scanned by the shipping carrier within the grace period, regardless of the delivery date back to Luxe Science Lab.

Tracking Requirement: 

Customers must obtain shipment tracking confirmation when returning devices. Luxe Science Lab is not responsible for lost return shipments that do not show carrier acceptance.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:  

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Luxe Science Lab promptly so a claim may be initiated with the carrier.
