How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is six (6) weeks beginning on the delivery date confirmed by tracking.
When does my rental start?
Your rental begins the day your package is delivered according to the carrier tracking.
Do I pay for shipping?
Shipping is included in your rental price.
How do I return the device?
A prepaid return label and instructions are included. Simply repackage the device and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
What happens if I return late?
A three (3) day grace period is included. Late returns may be subject to additional fees.
Are devices cleaned between rentals?
Yes. All devices are cleaned and inspected between rentals following manufacturer guidelines.
Can I purchase the device after renting?
Yes, if you love your results, you can apply up to $150 (depending on the device rented) toward a brand new device when you receive your return reminder email typically sent during your fifth week rental period.
