Return and Refund Policy
At Luxe Science Lab, all products are offered as rental devices and are not sold as traditional retail items.
Rental Returns:
All rented devices must be returned at the end of the six (6) week rental period. The rental period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the shipping carrier.
A three (3) day grace period is provided after the rental period ends to allow time for shipment of the return. The return shipment must be scanned by the carrier within this grace period.
Prepaid Return Label:
A prepaid return shipping label is included with each rental. Customers must use the provided label when returning the device. Replacement fees may apply if the return label is lost or not used.
Shipping Timing Consideration:
Customers are responsible for shipping the return within the grace period. Returns are considered on time if the package is scanned by the shipping carrier within the grace period, regardless of delivery date back to Luxe Science Lab.
Late Returns:
Late fees of $25 per day will be charged for each day the device is not returned after the grace period ends.
Failure to Return Equipment:
If a device is not returned within fourteen (14) days after the grace period ends, Luxe Science Lab reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of the device to the payment method on file.
Replacement values include but are not limited to:
- Omnilux Contour Face: $395
- NuFACE Trinity Device: $395
- Device Bundles: $690–$790 depending on bundle configuration
Return Requirements:
All devices must be returned with all included accessories, cords, and packaging materials.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the device and obtaining shipment tracking confirmation.
Failure to return all included items may result in additional replacement or repair charges.
Refund Eligibility:
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, refunds are not provided.
Damaged or Missing Equipment:
Customers are responsible for returning devices in good working condition.
Devices returned with damage beyond normal wear, or missing accessories or components, may result in repair or replacement fees.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipment:
If a device arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify Luxe Science Lab within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers must follow the return instructions provided with their rental. Luxe Science Lab is not responsible for items lost due to improper packaging or failure to obtain shipment tracking.
